Refund Policy

The short version

• 14 days, full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@seocompass.co from the address on your account.
• The 14-day clock starts at your first paid charge, not at signup.
• Refund is for the current billing period. We don’t pro-rate partial months or weeks.
• After 14 days: plans are month-to-month. Cancel any time and keep access through the period you’ve already paid for.

What qualifies

Any reason. No support obligation, no proof required, no “please reconsider” flow. If you decide within 14 days that SEOcompass isn’t the right fit, we refund — fully, promptly, and without trying to talk you out of it.

Annual plans

Same guarantee, same 14-day window from the date of the annual charge. After 14 days, annual plans are non-refundable for the remaining months but you keep access through the end of the year you paid for.

How to request a refund

1. Email hello@seocompass.co from the email address on your account. The subject line “Refund request” is enough.
2. You don’t need to explain why. We’d love to hear it (it makes the product better), but it’s optional.
3. We process the refund within 2 business days. Your bank may take 5–10 days to display the credit.

What happens to your data

On refund + cancellation, your sites disconnect, your Search Console access is revoked, and your data is queued for deletion within 30 days. Want it sooner? privacy@seocompass.co.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of fraud, abuse, or obvious bad-faith use (e.g. signing up, hammering through the month’s entire generation quota, then asking for a refund). We’ve never had to invoke this. We hope we never will.
